Does it trigger your anxiety or make you frustrated to be interrupted by people popping into your office unannounced throughout the day? Remote work would likely be a better fit. Do you thrive on the energy of being physically around your colleagues? Then an in-person environment may work best for you. Consider the specific tasks you handle on a daily basis and how easily they can be done at home versus requiring to be in an office.
